Terms of Use

By using Missively ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Missively lets you create digital event invitations, manage guest lists, collect RSVPs, and send invitation emails. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

2. Accounts

You sign in with a magic link sent to your email. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email (spam).
  • Upload or transmit harmful, illegal, or offensive content.
  • Attempt to access other users' data or events.
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Service.
  • Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Payments

Paid tiers are charged as a one-time payment per event, processed securely by Stripe. All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Payments are non-refundable once invitations have been sent. For refund requests on unused events, contact us at czernuka@outlook.com. If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery, contact us and we will work to resolve it.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create (event details, messages, guest lists). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and transmit this content solely to deliver your invitations.

6. Guest Data

You are responsible for having appropriate permission to share guest names and email addresses with the Service. We use guest information only to deliver invitations, collect RSVPs, and send reminders on your behalf.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Missively and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to undelivered emails, missed RSVPs, or service interruptions.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
